At SWEATS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
